Terms and Conditions for our Masterclass Workshops:

  1. Eligibility:

   – Participants must hold a valid NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in hairdressing to enrol in the workshop.

  1. Payment:

   – Payment is required in full upon booking your spot in the workshop.

   – All payments are non-refundable. However, participants may request to rearrange the workshop date, subject to availability.

  1. Booking Confirmation:

   – Your booking is considered confirmed only when full payment has been received and processed.

  1. Workshop Duration:

   – The workshop duration will be specified in the workshop description, and participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

  1. Materials and Tools:

   – Participants are responsible for bringing their own materials and tools unless otherwise stated. A list of required materials and tools will be provided in advance.

  1. Health and Safety:

   – Participants are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.

  1. Liability:

   – Mane Studios and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the workshop. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal liability insurance if desired.

  1. Rearranging Workshop Date:

   – Participants may request to rearrange the workshop date at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled date. Rearrangement is subject to availability and must be completed within 24 hours.

  1. Cancellation by Organizer:

   – Mane Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule.

  1. Cancellation by Participant:

    – Participants may not cancel the workshop or request refunds. However, they may request to rearrange the workshop date as per section 8 of these terms and conditions.

  1. Photography and Recordings:

    – Mane Studios may take photographs or record video/audio during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes. Participants consent to being photographed or recorded and allow Mane Studios to use such materials.

  1. Privacy Policy:

    – Participant information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

  1. Code of Conduct:

    – Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during the workshop. Mane Studios reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the workshop or engages in inappropriate behaviour, with no refund provided.

  1. Copyright:

    – All workshop materials, handouts, and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent from Mane Studios.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    – Mane Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

By enrolling in our workshops, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
